SAMR model

The SAMR model is a framework for evaluating and implementing technology in education. it provides a way for teachers to assess and reflect on how they are integrating technology into their teaching practices and how they can elevate their use of technology to enhance learning experiences. SAMR stands for; Substitution, Augmentation, Modification and Redefinition.

SAMR model is important in education because it helps teachers integrate technology in a meaningful and progressive way. It provides a structured approach for evaluating technology use and encourages teachers to move from basic substitution to transformative practices.
