Communicative Tool

 - Communicative tool is any device, platform, or method that enables individuals to convey messages, ideas or information to others. These tools can be physical or digital and vary widely in form. It can be verbal(spoken language), written(emails, texts), visual(gestures, body language), or digital(social media, video calls). These tools help facilitate personal, professional and educational interactions.

 Communicative tools are essential in todays interconnected world, facilitating the flow of information and enabling connections across vast distances. These tools encompasses a variety of mediums such as verbal, written, and visual communication, as well as digital platforms like social media, messaging apps, and video conferencing. Their benefits are evident in promoting collaboration, speeding up decision making process, and keeping us in touch with others.  Moreover, from various communicative tools, we are taught Google classroom that can be used in education. Google classroom has revolutionized the educational experience by providing a centralized, user-friendly platform for teachers and students. It simplifies the management of assignments and resources, fostering better organization and efficiency in the learning process.

Google classroom is an online learning platform designed to facilitate teaching and learning. It allows educators to create, manage, while students can access course materials, submit work, and interact with their peers and instructors. The platform integrates seamlessly with other Google services like Drive and Docs, providing a unified environment for educational activities. Google classroom streamlines communication and organization, making it easier for teachers and students to stay connected and productive. 
There are various benefits of using Google classroom;
1. Organization- Google classroom helps teachers organize coursework by creating assignments, materials and announcements all in one place. 
2. Collaboration- the platform integrates with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides, making it easy for students and teachers to collaborate on assignments in real-time. 
3. Time-saving- Automated grading and easy-to-use assignment creation tools save teachers time on administrative tasks, enabling them to focus more on teaching. 

steps in creating google classroom. 
- Sign in google: go to GOOGLE CLASSROOM and sign in with google account. 
- Create a Classroom: On the Google classroom homepage, click the '+' icon located in the top right corner and select 'create class'. 
- Provide class details: Enter class name, section, subject and room. 
- Click 'Create': Once you've the details of your room, click 'create' button. 
- Write welcome note for the students and provide brief outline of the term. 
- Go to 'classroom' button and add what are the units they got to cover in that term and mention its topic with week along with dates. For example, Week 1- The EARTH (FEB 15-FEB 20)
- Invite students: Invite students to classroom by sharing the class code or sending an email invitation. 
- Create assignments: Once students have joined, start creating assignments, quizzes and assignments by clicking the 'classwork' tab, then 'create' and add assignments, mention under which topic or week, marks and due date. 
- We also can add additional materials for the topic like videos and ppt for more resources.
